EOI - Qualified Chefs

Our Client is a highly successful and respected organisation who has triple ISO certification of its safety, environmental and quality management systems. They are WA’s largest container and general cargo port, comprising of two harbours that are responsible for providing a range of reliable and competitive port related services and facilities.

NETFIRM is currently calling for Expressions of Interest from Trade Qualified Chefs for possible opportunities throughout the Perth metropolitan area, and various mining camps in WA's regional areas.

Your duties can include:

• food preparation, cooking and food presentation; and
• managing teams, budgets, stock and ordering.

You will be responsible for:

• adhering to food safety standards; and 
• ensuring that the kitchen is maintained to various health & safety compliance.

In order to be considered, you must:

• be Australian Trade Qualified (or TRA Assessed);
• have strong experience in bulking cooking/catering;
• have good HACCP knowledge; 
• have strong communication skills;
