Job Description

Ensure a sustainable environmental impact in all activities carried out by the

organization. It includes: introducing guidelines for continuous improvement for promoting sustainable conduct, promoting sustainable use of material used, raising awareness among employees of the importance of the environment through continuing training, communicating and reporting on the company’s environmental management, among others.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental permitting and compliance, ideally within large infrastructure projects (transportation, highways, bridges, P3).
  • Strong working knowledge of NEPA processes and related federal, state, and local permitting frameworks.
  • Experience working with DOTs, FHWA, USACE, EPA, and state environmental agencies.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced bid or project environment.
  • Prior experience with design-build or P3 infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, and construction compliance monitoring.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CEP, CPESC) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with GIS tools and environmental modeling software.
