  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating input from project managers, EIA specialists, engineers, legal advisors, and planners to ensure alignment with consenting requirements, programme milestones, and wider project objectives.
  • Support projects from end to end, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About you

  • More than six years of experience delivering large-scale stakeholder and community engagement programmes for major infrastructure projects, ideally within the UK or similar frameworks. Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement on complex, multidisciplinary projects across sectors such as roads, rail, utilities, water, environment, or energy.
  • Experience working with statutory consultees, local authorities, community groups, and other affected stakeholders.
  • Experience in desk-based community needs assessments and baseline studies.
  • Experience in preparing large-scale infrastructure Environmental and Social Management plans.
  • Experience in consultation data management, analysis, and visualisation (e.g. consultation dashboards, Power BI, stakeholder metrics, and reporting).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Postgraduate qualification (preferably a master’s) in Public Policy, Environmental Planning, or Environmental Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly detail-oriented individual.
