Job description
We are seeking a motivated and technically driven Entry-Level Sales Engineer to support our HVAC sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Mechanical Engineering who are interested in combining technical knowledge with customer-facing sales responsibilities. The Sales Engineer will assist in developing system solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
 
Salary: $55,000-70,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise on HVAC systems, equipment, and solutions
  • Assist in evaluating project requirements, specifications, and drawings
  • Prepare technical submittals, cost estimates, and sales proposals
  • Conduct site visits to assess system needs and installation conditions
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and operations teams
  • Participate in product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Support bidding and tendering processes
  • Stay current on HVAC technologies, codes, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering field

Compensation (from employer):
55000–70000 USD per year
