Entry-Level Production Associate

This role in summary

We are currently hiring Assembly Production Operators for our Cleveland, TN facility.  Starting pay is $18.85 per hour for 1st and 2nd shift.  (2nd shift pays an additional $1.25 per hour shift differential).

We are looking for Assembly Production Operators to:

• Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabliiized  workstation
• Assemble and install parts by hand or using air tools
• Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products, etc.

Your responsibilities will include

• Participate in training to learn how to follow standard operating procedures (SOP)

• Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality-focused manner

• Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment

• Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish. 

Minimum requirements

• Must have High School Diploma/GED

• Must be at least 18 years old or older

• 3 months of manufacturing experience

• Must be able to communicate and receive communications regarding safety components and job instruction.

Preferred skills and experiences

• 2 years of manufacturing work

• 2 years of consistent work experience
