Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth operations from pre-production through post-production. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets
• Support the production team with organizing schedules, scripts, and call sheets
• Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage inventory and distribution of production materials and supplies
• Run errands as needed to support various production needs
• Help maintain a clean and organized production environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film or production is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment is preferred but not required

Compensation (from employer):
