Entry Level Management Trainee

From there, successful team members move into either a Junior Partnership position to oversee and manage a campaign or into a Marketing Director position where they launch a new territory and run their own office.

In our 6-9 month training program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Our program is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain experience within the sales and marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs

• Acquire new skills by cross-training in all departments of customer service, sales, and marketing

• Remain consistent with meeting personal sales targets, as we as looking for opportunities to impact fellow teammates to exceed their own individual goals

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by greeting customers in a friendly, engaging manner, and providing a legendary experience to each individual
