• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound communications including calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist in drafting and distributing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and press releases.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Support senior communications staff by conducting research and gathering information.
• Help manage social media channels by monitoring and responding to comments and inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of communication tools and platforms including email and social media.
