Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification may be advantageous.
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering or related fields is a plus.
• Fundamental knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, construction, and design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to assist in the planning, design, and oversight of construction projects.
• Basic experience in conducting site inspections and surveys to gather data for engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
