Entertainment Finance Manager - Park MGM

THE JOB:

As the Entertainment Finance Manager, you'll oversee the financial planning and analysis of Park MGM's live entertainment operations, including budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and financial reporting. Working closely with entertainment leadership, venue teams, and vendor partners, you'll provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic planning and exceptional live entertainment experiences.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist in preparing pre-event and post-event financial analysis.

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing entertainment Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Support the financial management of live events by providing reporting, financial insights, and recommendations.

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses, providing recommendations to Entertainment leadership.

• Partner with Entertainment and Finance leadership to identify analytical opportunities, improve reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field required

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience required
