Enterprise Architect

Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Architect at Octal Philippines Inc., you will play a critical role in defining and maintaining the architecture of our organization’s IT infrastructure and business processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that technology solutions align with our business strategy and objectives, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Development: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
• Technology Strategy: Define technology strategies that address current and future business needs, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and develop technology solutions that drive business value.
• Standards and Best Practices: Establish architecture standards and best practices, promoting adherence across the organization for architectural consistency.
• Solution Evaluation: Assess and recommend technology solutions, conducting feasibility studies and proof of concepts to ensure they meet architectural guidelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the architecture and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and decision-making rationale.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, seeking continuous improvement opportunities in architectural processes.

Requirements

1. Must have minimum of three (3) years working experience of the same role in enterprise architecture.

2. Preferably with a graduate degree.

3. Preferably with relevant enterprise architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF).

4. Preferably with experience handling national government projects.
