ENT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ENT Specialist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver superior patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients with ENT conditions.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans, including medical and surgical interventions.
• Perform ENT procedures such as endoscopies, tympanostomies, and sinus surgeries.
• Provide patient education regarding conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in otolaryngology through continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Minimum of three years' experience as an ENT Specialist preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnostic and surgical ENT procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous.
