Nurse Practitioner – Otolaryngology (ENT)

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $125,000–$160,000 (DOE)

Position Overview
A well-established, physician-led ENT practice in Virginia Beach is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. New graduates are welcome—full training and mentorship in Otolaryngology are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions
  • Perform histories, physicals, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
  • Assist with in-office procedures and surgical cases
  • Perform minor procedures (ear cleaning, nasal packing, suturing, biopsies)
  • Provide post-operative care and patient education
  • Document all encounters in the EMR
  • Collaborate with ENT physicians, nurses, and audiology staff

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited NP program
  • Board certified or eligible
  • Virginia NP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Interest in Otolaryngology; new grads encouraged to apply
