QUALIFICATIONS:
● Valid Michigan teaching certification with an English (BA) or Language Arts (BQ) at the High
School Level.
● Ability to establish positive working relationships with teachers, parents, and administrators
through professional communication.
● Knowledge and consistent application of the legal and ethical practices
● Thorough knowledge and application of the principles and methodologies of effective teaching
● In-depth understanding of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)
● Thorough understanding of Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS)
● Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
● Must have the proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
