Job description
  1. Prepare English IEPS and School Assessments.
  1. Run English intervention sessions
  1. Assess children through pre and post tests.
  1. Use of CBM assessment to measure students’ progress.
  1. Fill out case-study forms (include weaknesses and strength and clear recommended programs for child).
  1. Ability to give appropriate feedback to parents in pre and post testing meetings.
  1. Provide one-on-one intervention effectively and efficiently while maintaining rapport and connectedness with students.
  1. Data analysis: Look at parent/student/trainer feedback- trainer flow sheets/progress test results.
  1. Reach progress target of at least 2 total year gains for every child.
  1. Provide recommendations to parents on a daily basis on the communication book and invite parents to observe sessions at the center.
  1. Ensure student’s folder is kept organized and updated, by ensuring data sheets and evaluations inside the book.
  1. Abide by all CARF standards
  1. Use of technology (Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, One drive, Zoom, etc..)
  1. Abide by all instructions and guidelines issued by the employer that are in the best interests of the center and its policies as dictated by the employer alone.
