About the Role

As an Engineering-to-Order (ETO) Assembler, you'll build and wire custom industrial control panels and prototype equipment, working with engineers to bring solutions to life. This is a hands-on role requiring mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

ETO Scheduled Work Hours

Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime opportunities may be available following the training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret drawings, specifications, schematics, work orders, and customer requirements to understand build expectations.
  • Assemble and configure control panels, cabinets, and related equipment.
  • Perform low-voltage, power, and signal wiring, including wire routing, termination, labeling, and component installation.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet Rockwell Automation and customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues using engineering documentation and diagnostic tools.
  • Support team operations and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to meet goals.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years in electrical assembly or Associates /bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • 2 years in electrical assembly OR associate or bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associates degree in related field
