Engineering Technician

Job Description:

• Responsible for Probe new product introduction and Product Qualification support.
• Support product performance improvement activities by working with engineer.
• Perform routine maintenance and conversion of NPI equipment to ensure stable operation.
• Execute NPI test floor activities, including NPI qualification, ATE setup, and sample testing using various equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during NPI testing, and work with engineers on program debugging and problem resolution to ensure NPI activities on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with global teams (Fab / Assembly / Test) and BU teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
• Work with engineers to monitor, drive, and improve project cycle time and overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate or college degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor or related industry; ATE testing knowledge is better
• Basic skill in spoken and written English.
• Be capable to use Microsoft Office; able to read and follow technical documents and instructions.
• Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motivated, and willing to learn and take on challenges.
