Engineering Supervisor (MEP)

As the Engineering Supervisor (MEP) at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities of the resort's MEP systems. You will ensure that all MEP operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and supervision, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for maintenance management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
