Your Role: Engineering Specialist

As an ENG Specialist, you will be part of the Engineering team to deliver operational excellence through the integration of digital tools and reliability engineering principles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing spare parts management, SAP system implementation, and ensuring maintenance activities are optimized to reduce downtime.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and automation systems to identify root causes and develop effective CAPA through thorough analysis.

• Manage spare parts and consumables through digital systems, including monthly utilization tracking, inventory management, and semi-annual stocktaking.

• Lead SAP EAM module activities, including account assessment and the distribution of preventative maintenance (PM) tasks.

• Utilize data analysis to ensure spare parts inventory is comprehensive, reasonable, and mutually exclusive.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

• Experience: Professional experience in engineering maintenance, automation, or spare parts management.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and listening) with strong cross-functional communication and priority management skills.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Work experience in a GMP-related field.
