Engineering Program Manager (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned engineering and NPD programs from planning through commercialization.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, and regional engineering teams.
• Drive project reviews and provide regular status updates to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate product testing, certification, validation, and launch activities.
• Ensure successful execution of product roadmap initiatives and launch readiness.
• Establish and improve project governance, reporting, and execution processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management, program management, product development, or related roles.
• Experience in HVAC products, particularly Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), or applied systems is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

• Product development lifecycle management.
• Engineering change management and risk management.
• Product certification and regulatory compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent project management tools.
• Extensive knowledge of high-efficiency HVAC products, energy efficiency regulations, and sustainability-driven product development is a strong advantage.

• Projects delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Successful completion of product validation and certification activities.
• Effective coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Timely execution of strategic product roadmap initiatives.
