Engineering Manager-Hybrid- Angular/React+Node+CI/CD+People mgt

MNC into AdTech & MarTech  an entity under a conglomerate who is high on technical delivery with Product, Solutions & Services. 

What you’ll do

•  Manage and guide a team of 8 to 10 highly talented engineers
• Build scalable products using technologies like Angular/React, Node, Redux, Java .
• Practice and Promote Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban
• Take ownership and drive E2E development.
• Be part of the leadership team by collaborating with others

What you should have

• 10 to 13 years of total experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience as in people management 
• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development
• Experience with in Angular and/or React is essential
• Experience with Node.JS is essential.
• Must have experience with REST, Microservice.
• Must have experience in designing, developing, and supporting distributed web applications
• Must be hands on with coding, code review and design in current/recent   role
• Must have worked in scrum/agile process.
• Knowledge and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of unit testing, profiling, performance tuning, debugging.
• Strong understanding with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization
• Strong understanding of CI/CD process
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and great team player.
• Experience in product development will be preferred

 B.Tech(CS)/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent.

MUST have worked in PRODUCT Co/ a healthy mix of product & services with currently in product Co.
