  • Understand company and client challenges, with a strong customer focus.
  • Manage and prioritize product initiatives.
  • Represent the team in various forums.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to clarify and execute product roadmaps.
  • Promote technical decision-making, while retaining authority for final decisions when necessary.
  • Define and implement best practices for monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
  • Design and build automation tools and processes to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Participate in the design of new systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Manage team performance, create career development pathways, and provide coaching and mentorship.
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback on individual and team performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Set clear team goals and delegate tasks with defined deadlines.

Experience:

  • Proven experience building customer and/or sales-facing technology.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience applying AI/ML to solve customer challenges is a bonus.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient with Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both written and verbal, to a global team.
