As an Engineering Manager, your primary role is to lead a team of software engineers in creating impactful software products. This involves guiding the team's technical direction, helping them do better, and making sure they meet their goals and roadmaps. Additionally, you'll help build a sustainable engineering environment that supports long-term growth and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Solid background in software engineering, and proven experience in team management.

    • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

    • Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management

    • You do not need to be familiar with our technical stack or any specific functional area, but we have a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
