We’re looking for an Engineering Lead, AI to scale our core infrastructure and toolchain. This is a senior, hands-on role with scope to lead technical strategy, guide cross-functional decisions, and build flexible systems that power experiences across worlds, partners, and formats. What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical strategy for our AI stack and play a key role in shaping how we scale across multiple products and partners.

• Own and scale our AI infrastructure and dev tooling

• Build systems that version, test, and deploy AI-driven experiences across multiple use cases

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and creative teams to bring prototypes into production

• Help define and drive best practices for building safe, performant AI systems

• Mentor teammates and help grow the technical foundation of the company

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience

• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products to production

• Experience with LLM integration and backend systems

• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and system design

• Strong leadership and system design skills

• Thoughtful communicator and technical leader who thrives in cross-functional environments. You are eager to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed

• Bonus: experience with agent frameworks, creative tooling, or smart contract systems

• You might thrive in this role if you have been an early-stage engineer or startup founder
