Job description
Assist in different projects, tasks, and activities of the Process Engineering department, performing research, monitoring, testing, and delivering technical reports.

  • Perform standard time studies, develop line balancing, and analyze assembly line capacities.       
  • Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Support process simulations, flow diagrams, and documentation
  • Participate in testing and validation of process modifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
  • Conduct research on equipment and tools and deliver technical reports.       
  • Follow up on suggestions for continuous improvement.       
  • Know and apply the policies and procedures of the Quality Systems, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and any other system that the company requires for its operation.
