Engineering Director- China

Our client is a multinational manufacturer with plants located in different locations in China and is presently in search of candidates for the following role:

Responsibilities

• To provide overall site engineering management including new production project, industrial engineering, test engineering and design
• Act as technical leadership across the business from quoting through final assembly and test processes. 
• Ensure direct technical support to manufacturing to research, implementation, and troubleshoot new processes to expand capabilities. 
• Work along customers on new designs and technical problem resolution.
• Development in processes and recommend equipment, formulate and implement technical strategy for the business.
• Provide full supporting in NPI process, on-time delivery and feedback to custome

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering discipline in bachelor or above
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a electronic engineering management capacity in PCBA, box build, with 5 years experience in managerial level
• Excellent communication skills, and be able to analyze data and generate summary of findings.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
• Be located in southern side of China
