· Exposure to programming platforms (Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar) preferred.
· Strong problem-solving and hands-on skills; comfortable working in lab.
· Ability to write clear technical documentation (test plans, work instructions, reports).
· Enthusiasm for learning, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
· Hands-on experience in materials characterization and advanced manufacturing.
· Mentorship from experienced engineers in multiple disciplines.
