Engineering Assistant-Facilities

Provide engineering support in developing, coordinating and providing new Facilities requirements, Utility equipment operation and maintenance for automotive Industry. Support new facilities construction, vendor management, ensure uninterrupted facility operations. Support Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with production operators/supervisors and support groups.
• Maintain and control of Facilities/Utilities equipment spare parts
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of facility and utility equipment on time.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment to minimize downtime
• Support Production rotating shifts and overtime as required
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations and processes.
• Meets Departmental cost and Quality objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

• Diploma Holders in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience
• ITI in Electrical / Mechanical with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
