Engineer Quality

Seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to manage production transfers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and customer satisfaction.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Support production transfer project including change management.
• Sustain Production quality (product & process) aligned with process flow, PFMEA, MFMEA and control plans.
• Ensure that our product quality meets company set-up requirements.
• Feedback and review actions due to quality issues internally and externally.
• Support UPE and EE functions for continuous improvement projects when required.
• Support during internal and customer audits.
• Work on deviations, local site escalation and material quarantine.
• Work with UPE & EE to review internal and external reclamation reports.
• Be responsible for production quality gate set up.
• Perform product failures identification and clarification.
• Other assigned tasks such as capacity expansion as well asI4.0/digitalization QM.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial), Physics or Material Science.
• Minimum 0-5 years experiences in Quality field (QA, QE) or Process engineering function.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process.
• Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and understanding of Problem solving skills (such as PDCA, 8D report, FMEA, MSA and SPC).
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
