Engineer Product Engineering

As a Product Engineer, you will be the key owner of assigned semiconductor products, providing technical and analytical support throughout the product lifecycle—from development to high-volume production. You will act as a vital link between R&D, production, and cross-functional engineering teams, focusing on improving product performance, cost efficiency, and production yields.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
Owner of the product(s) under his/her responsibility, with significant role in the 

• Product Development team:
  
  • As a feedback loop to the development team for new or existing products.
  • Support new product ramp-up and continuous improvement on product performance (Yield, Cp/Cpk, Quality, Cost and Delivery)
• Continuous support on FE / BE production topics (low yield, FAR,etc.) and linkage between cross-functional teams
• Drive cost improvement projects / ratio (TIR, TTR) / yield improvement.
• Develop automation software for efficiency improvement in data analysis

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Physics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
• Fresh entry (less than 2 years’ experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering and/or Device Testing will be an added advantage).
• Statistical data analysis.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in python programming and R script.
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
