Engineer - Oil & Gas (PMP Certified) - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is seeking a highly qualified Engineer - Oil & Gas (PMP Certified) to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, executing, and managing engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate oil and gas engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to meet project deliverables and requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in oil and gas project management or engineering roles.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
