Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.
• Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
• Responsible for machine qualifications & buyoff (repeat order only).

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• 3 years of relevant working experiences.
• Lead & Manage Maintenance Engineers & Maintenance Technician.
• Develop and realize process & maintenance concepts.
• Actively support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality and engineering groups.
• Conducts performance reviews based employee on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
