1. Execution & Report-45%
• Perform software functional tests and system tests to identify any defects or improvement (and document results) that do not comply with clients’ requirements or related measures of success. Timely report test progress and risk to senior team lead. Perform defect investigation and debugging to help software engineers isolate problems.

2. Testing Activities-25%
• Through a comprehensive knowledge of ReSource Pro systems, is responsible for identifying impacts to workflow, procedure, systems. Design test plans, test cases, schedules, and other related testing materials in order to ensure compliance with software requirements specification and high quality software. Identify opportunities to innovate within owned areas with Automating test cases.

3. Continuous Improvement-20%
• Support our current software development practices by executing on continuous improvement tasks in coordination with our other teams. Functional expert in one or more systems.

4. Process & Documentation-10%
• Follow development process, create and maintain any required software documentation or project artifacts within our repository(s) and documentation library.
