1. Design & Build Software- 40%
Based on company business strategy and clients’ needs, lead project teams to propose, create and deliver appropriate solutions and meet our stated measures of success.
Develop specific goals and plans for the project teams to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

2.Support & Maintenance- 30%
Provide users with software support by owning and maintaining existing systems with complex functional modules that requires strong cross-team collaboration of project team in both India and China. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to local India office colleagues, as needed.

3.Monitor & Report & Documentation- 20%
Coordinate with development lead and teammates to collect, analyze and summarize system concerns, issues and timely report latest state. Create and maintain any required software documentation or project artifacts within our repository(s) and documentation library.

4. Continuous Improvement- 10%
Act as a thought leader within the team and periodically perform/drive technical knowledge and expertise sharing to team members on new development tools, development environments, development languages, development practices or other industry leading algorithms. Provides input to process development. Promote innovation culture in team.
