What You Will Do
- Part of a multi-discipline Integrated Product Team [PT] to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the Original Engineering Manufactured (OEM) parts.
- Research operating environments and functionality of components, their interactions with mating parts, and develop strategies which will return damaged parts back to service.
- Create technical documents that will provide engineering requirements for repairs, including a high-level sequence of operations forming the basis for manufacturing operation sheets.
- Participate in the prototyping of new repairs as needed.
- Ensure engineering tasks are accomplished on schedule and within budget to the prescribed work scope.
What You Will Learn
- This position is a part of our Engineering Development Program (EDP). EDP participants will complete three to four rotations to build technical breadth and leadership abilities before graduating from the program.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
- Experience with Computer Added Design software such as Unigraphics/NX, or equivalent 3D modeling software.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
