Job description
- Energy Audits: Support in conducting energy audits. This involves assessing energy usage, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to improve energy efficiency.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to oversee the implementation of energy efficiency projects. Monitor progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in energy efficiency. Conduct research to explore new opportunities for the company and contribute ideas for innovation.
- Stakeholders Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their energy goals, address their concerns, and provide regular updates on project status and performance.
- Reporting and Documentation: Support in preparing reports, case studies, and documentation to showcase the outcomes of energy efficiency projects. Evaluate the impact of implemented measures and track energy savings over time.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and business development professionals, to support company objectives and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about energy regulations, standards, and incentive programs. Ensure that projects comply with legal requirements and leverage available incentives for clients.
- And any other assignment / task as deemed fit.
Requirements
- Candidate must at least have an ongoing Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task, willing to learn and grow, able to work systematically and demonstrate accountability
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Fast learner, ability to understand technical/engineering requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Passionate to learn, able to work systematically, demonstrate accountability
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when necessary
