Air Liquide started its operations in Poland in 1995 and currently has more than 420 employees. Since then, we have become a key manufacturer and distributor of industrial, food, specialty and medical gases, steadily increasing our share of the Polish market

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

We are now looking for a new Energy & Contract Management Specialist based in Warsaw or Krakow reporting to the Energy & Business Administration Manager, Germany and Poland scope.
You will also be supporting the Energy team in charge of Energy Management activity for Poland.


 

Responsibilities:

You will coordinate and oversee all administrative and financial workflows related to energy management, ensuring seamless operational execution

You will manage and coordinate the administrative workflows related to energy payments, billing verification, and customer invoicing namely providing proper communication and support to them

You are responsible for controlling and optimizing the correlations between utility costs and the pricing structures of products delivered to customers

You will ensure rigorous supervision and oversight of all executed energy commitments, trades, and commercial transactions to mitigate compliance risks

You will manage and coordinate tasks related to supervising and fulfilling the company’s legal obligations stemming from its energy-intensive user status, excise tax responsibilities, and electricity trading licenses

Are you a MATCH?


 

Profile:

Preferably a minimum of 3 years of professional experience related to energy management (working experience at energy intensive companies), although candidates without professional experience will also be considered

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering (e.g. Energy engineering) or Business with a strong technical orientation.

Languages: Fluency in both Polish and English is required

Strong background regarding energy topics is a plus

Analytical Skills: Ability to navigate a complex, evolving energy market, collect and analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is highly desirable.

Rigor and structure: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering quality results on schedule.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and effectively manage customer relationships.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary, international team.
