- Should be responsible for system administration, installation, configuration & trouble shooting of Desktop and Laptop.
- Knowledge of Hardware basics.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Client OS
- Installing and troubleshooting software’s
- Knowledge on Active Directory.
- Configuration of mail outlook & lotus notes
- Should have knowledge of Security Antivirus, patch management & incident reporting
