About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate/Technical Lead – Quality Assurance to lead QA initiatives across enterprise and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QA Automation, Java Selenium, Mobile Testing, Performance Testing, and Banking domain applications, along with proven leadership experience in driving quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA team while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java Selenium.
• Plan and execute functional, regression, API, mobile, and performance testing.
• Perform mobile application testing using Appium.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Review test strategies, test cases, defect reports, and release readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation.
• Expertise in Java with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in Mobile Automation Testing using Appium.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working on Banking or Financial Services domain applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
