Enablement Manager

Overview
The Enablement Manager role will be creating AWS/Azure accounts and standing up machines, running provisioning Chef scripts, manual provisioning and build-outs of enablement tools and environments (Remote Desktop, SFTP, Firewall, Proxy Servers, Load Balancers, etc.), Implementing monitoring and logging tools, and conducting hand-offs, and possibly some knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required Skills – 5 years of experience in the following required
• Hands-on LINUX experience as a System Administrator in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Virtualization experience in VMware, AWS, or similar enterprise Cloud environment.
• Hands-on orchestration, scripting, and infrastructure experience as a System Administrator in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading a team, tasks, or efforts in a client-facing role and enterprise environment
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong organizational / coordination skills
• Must be US Citizen

Preferred Skills
• Bachelors degree in a technical area and/or certification with significant prior experience in infrastructure in lead role
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and writing skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-starter, detailed & process-oriented, and flexible to provide varying levels of support to the project.
• Ability to communicate ideas and problem solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Level:
2 year degree plus experience or 4 year computer science degree
(May substitute two years of experience for each year of college.)

Hours per week: 40.
