We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney licensed in California to represent and advise our company in employment-related legal matters. The ideal candidate has a strong background in defending employers and is comfortable managing litigation while representing the company's interests in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in employment litigation matters.
• Develop legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues.
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with California employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Proven experience representing and defending employers in employment litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law.
• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to appear in California courts as needed.
