Employee Services Manager

Global Expansion (www.globalexpansion.com), an independent subsidiary of Equus Software, is a global Employer of Record (EOR) service provider.  We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a focused, positive, and energetic Employee Services Manager to join our global team.

We currently support our clients in over 160 countries with the ability to hire in 214 countries and territories worldwide. Our team is distributed across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

As an Employee Services Manager working for an Employer of Record (EOR), your primary responsibility is to en-sure that employees are fully supported throughout their employment through GX.

You will be joining a team dedicated to driving employee experience, picking up from the end of their onboarding through until they leave our service. Your role is pivotal in ensuring employee satisfaction by answering any queries they have on payroll, expenses, PTO, benefits etc.
