Employee Relations Officer

1. Assure proper documentation of 201 files of direct employees
2. Coordinate with agencies for 201 matters including clearance
3. Accurate maintenance and delivery of the company Notice to Explain tracking and issuance system
4. Support and attend and notarize where applicable all arbitration council and committee meetings of the company
5. Ensure all probationary contracts are assessed on time and all plantilla is accurate
6. Attend the monthly security meeting and deliver minutes to all who attend
7. Liaison with unions on 201 matters where guided by senior management and legal advice

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, Management or equivalent
• The candidate must have an excellent grasp of English and be able to write business letters in English quickly and accurately. 
• A grasp of Labor law and previous experience in 201 management is essential.  
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing vital for reporting in HRAD as well as letter composition.  
• The candidate must be able to focus heavily on task management, auditing and detail.
