To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico, we are looking for an Insert Mechanic-Setup & Maintenance

Your role

Responsible for providing performs repairs that incorporates MM best practices. Adhere to all safety practices according to our procedures and local regulations.

• You are responsible for the production efficiency of assigned machines.
• You work in coordination with the supervisor to comply with all required control processes.
• You operate the machine when necessary.
• You support other technicians on assigned machines.
• Your responsible for maintaining assigned bindery/folder machines, following operational rules.
• You repair and perform light preventive maintenance on bindery/folding machines and vision systems using the necessary tools to ensure machine efficiency.
• You complete relevant documentation in the PDR system upon finishing work and after completing tasks.
• You perform routine maintenance or repairs, such as adjusting damaged parts, fabricating small parts, and lathe work.
• You verify compliance with customer specifications, procedures, and job specifications.
• Able to read, measure, and follow blueprints.
• Maintaining good safety practices at work and ensure workplace safety around equipment’s.
• You work in coordination with the supervisor, team leader to comply with all required control processes.

Your Profile

• You have Associate Degree as Industrial Mechanic or  Electronics  from accredited university,
• You have Minimum years (3) years of previous experience in a fast pace environment such as Printing, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or electronics industry
• You able Language: (Spanish),  Read and understand English.
• You able to Computer skills: Maximo, SAP, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, RS Logix, COGNEX . (Plus).
