Primary Purpose
Provides experienced administrative support for labor relations processes that involve multiple steps, documentation streams, and coordination points. Ensures accuracy and completeness of case files and supports professionals by preparing materials for more complex meetings and negotiations. Functions with moderate independence while adhering to established methods.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepares multi‑component case files, ensuring all documentation is properly compiled and formatted.
  • Tracks multi‑stage grievances, ensuring case details, deadlines, and required follow‑ups are recorded accurately.
  • Coordinates logistics for higher‑visibility meetings such as pre‑negotiation sessions or appeal hearings.
  • Monitors compliance calendars for posting requirements, mandated notices, and procedural deadlines.
  • Maintains detailed logs of union correspondence and meeting outcomes.
  • Assists with assembling large collective bargaining reference binders using approved content.
  • Supports data preparation for recurring labor relations reports by gathering inputs from multiple sources.
  • Provides guidance to newer support staff on documentation practices and workflow procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
