Traction Forge Financial, powered by the strength of Global Financial Impact (GFI), is expanding and seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to build a meaningful career in financial services while helping individuals and families create stronger financial futures.

No prior financial services experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and licensing support to help qualified individuals succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on retirement and financial protection strategies
• Conduct financial needs analyses
• Help create personalized financial plans
• Build long-term client relationships
• Utilize digital tools to support the client experience
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, leadership, business, or finance is helpful, but not required.
