Role: Emergency Medicine Specialist (FACEM)

Location: Regional Western Australia
Positions Available: Full-Time and Part-Time

Are you an Emergency Medicine Consultant who is highly committed and looking for an exciting opportunity in regional Western Australia?

We have partnered with WA Health to arrange interviews for consultants who are interested in starting work in August 2025 or as soon as possible.

About the Role:

  • Specialist Care: Provide high-quality emergency medical care across a range of cases, including trauma and interhospital transfers.
  • Clinical Leadership: Ensure optimal patient outcomes through leadership and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including rural generalists.
  • Supervision & Teaching: Oversee Registrars and Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), and participate in teaching medical students and JMO’s.
  • Patient Flow: Manage and improve patient flow in the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient and effective care.

Remuneration:

  • Salary Range: Based on classifications under the WA Health System – Medical Practitioners – AMA Industrial Agreement 2022.
