Team Introduction:
This position will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting AI Data Service and Operations, where you will be working on sourcing candidates for open positions across different businesses. We provide end-to-end recruitment solutions across the EMEA region, with full accountability for recruitment quality, efficiency, and outcomes.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive recruiting partner to join the team, supporting the hiring for AI Data Service and Operations departments across the EMEA region. In this role, You’ll work closely with stakeholders across global to help attract, hire, and engage talent, you’ll play a key part in delivering an excellent candidate experience, supporting and coordinating hiring processes, collating data and insights, preparing HR presentations, and contributing to team culture initiatives and strategic recruitment projects. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
1. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
2. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
4. End to end management of the recruiting full cycle. Sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, onboarding process, etc.
5. Work across country and business unit leaders as well as the local operation teams to understand relevant local best practices.
6. Develop standard operation procedure (SOP) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
4. A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
5. Fluency in both English and Mandarin are required, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders based in English and Mandarin-speaking markets (where English proficiency may be limited).

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Hi-tech industry experience will be a plus.
2. Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
