What this job involves
This role sits within a JLL team embedded with one of our largest tech clients, supporting the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program across the EMEA region. You will own the management, flow, and delivery of IFM data: building dashboards, designing data collection frameworks, and maintaining the reporting tools that drive operational decision-making. You will also work directly within the client's generative AI platform to build automations, AI agents, and applications that serve the wider operational team. The role reports to the Enablement Program Lead and works in collaboration with all IFM program verticals and operational teams on the ground.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track IFM performance metrics, service levels, and operational KPIs across the EMEA portfolio
- Design and own data collection frameworks, ensuring data flows from site-level operations into structured, validated, usable formats
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into operational data, identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for service improvement
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions within the client's generative AI platform: custom chat agents for self-service queries, automated workflows for recurring reporting, and lightweight applications for operational use
- Identify manual processes that can be automated or augmented through AI tooling, iterating on prompt design and workflow logic to improve output quality
- Provide ad hoc analytical support across facilities management topics: benchmarking, analysis, one-off reporting
- Build lightweight tools (forms, trackers, workflow applications) to improve data capture and reduce manual effort
- Ensure data stewards across the team understand their responsibilities and are delivering against them
- Act as the IFM data ambassador to global and cross-functional teams, ensuring regional needs are represented in enterprise-wide dashboards and tools
- Support headcount and budget planning cycles: gathering submissions, reconciling data against HR and finance records, and delivering forecasting outputs
- Maintain the regional IFM portfolio dataset with regular validation routines
- Own the delivery of recurring performance reporting (monthly, quarterly)
What we're looking for
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a multi-cultural corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence), or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed or regional structure is a strong plus
Skills:
- Fluent English. The team operates internationally on a daily basis
- Working proficiency in: Excel, an online spreadsheet platform (e.g. Smartsheet, Google Sheets), SQL, a BI visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight), and a programming language (e.g. Python, R, or Java)
- Knowledgeable in a variety of methods for querying, processing, analysing and presenting data
- Proficient in descriptive statistics (e.g. measures of distribution)
- Good understanding of data lineage: including sources of data, how metrics are aggregated, and how the resulting business intelligence is consumed, interpreted and acted upon by the business
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional reporting solutions. You are the bridge between operations and data
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting data to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. Lambda, Redshift, S3) or ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Dataiku) is a plus
- Familiarity or strong interest in generative AI tooling: prompt design, workflow automation, and building AI-powered solutions that serve non-technical end users
Nice to be/have:
- Reprioritizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong independent and team player
- Ability to take ownership
- You are curious about emerging technologies and actively seek to apply AI and automation to reduce repetitive work across the team
