The EMEA Customer Experience Marketing Trainee will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, scientific education, and commercial effectiveness across the EMEA region. Working closely with the Customer Experience Marketing team, the trainee will contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of customer-facing programs and events. 

What your responsibilities will be

• Support the team in the organization and execution of scientific and educational events, customer workshops, webinars, congresses, and Grifols flagship initiatives across EMEA.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, communication assets, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Support the creation, localization, and distribution of educational and promotional content for affiliates and distributors. Management with external agencies.
• Assist in the management of digital communication initiatives, including email campaigns, event communications, and customer follow-up programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing, to ensure alignment of marketing activities.

• You hold a Master's Degree of Science in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, preferably, with a strong interest in marketing and a motivation to develop within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional/advanced level of English.
• You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, with strong communication skills.
• Advanced in office tools (Excel, Ptt).
• Excellent organizational and research skills to support technical teams effectively.
